From the moment Frank arrived to provide a quote, Frank's conduct was highly professional. He turned up with a stack of portfolios of his past work for me to view. This was extensive & clearly he had completed much bigger jobs than the one I was asking him to do. He listened to what I was trying to achieve & also made suggestions. His quote was very competitive & due to me being able to see the quality of his past work was awarded the job.

Although we are out of Frank's local area (about 40 miles), he offered to quote for this job, and was by far the most competitive and detailed. Frank made the effort to come over in advance of starting the job to show us the portfolio of work that he and his company have completed, which is extensive to say the least.

The team arrived on time on the day, and Frank always kept me informed during the day. The three of them worked from 9am to 4pm in below freezing conditions, pretty much without a break, which included having to dispose of the vegetation by hand as the chipper that was delivered wasn't up to the job.

The new fence is built round a curved wall and looks superb. The whole site was cleaned up at the end of the day and everything left neat and tidy.

I am really satisfied with the work and I will definitely use Frank again.

We chose to shortlist Berkshire Decking because of their excellent reviews, teamed with the extensive portfolio on their website, and were not disappointed.

At our initial consultation, Frank spent a full hour with us, getting the measure of our garden and going through the various options available to us regarding materials and styles - he even had wood samples on hand to show us so we could make an informed decision. To his credit, Frank never once asked our budget, which we felt very professional and reassuring.

The initial quote was thoroughly broken down as requested with different price options for each part of the job, allowing us to pick and choose the various options as suited our budget.

The job was started promptly and completed in very good time, exactly as advised. Mess was kept to a minimum at all times, with everything cleared away at the end of each day.

A good level of contact was maintained each day so that we were always aware of how things were progressing, and the next steps.

The overall finish is highly professional and we cannot fault a single thing.

We are absolutely thrilled with our wonderful new garden and would highly recommend Frank and his team for any similar works.
